- Your account is registered with the wrong email
- Your email provider is blocking emails from PinayFiancé
- Your email alerts are off in your notification preferences
If you need to change your email address, please contact us. Be sure to add us to your email contacts in order to prevent our emails from being filtered by your email provider.
We may also stop sending emails if your email provider blocked or reported our emails sent to you as spam.
