How do I cancel my auto-billing?

If you paid via iTunes or the iPhone app

  1. On your iPhone, go to Settings
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription

Apple does not allow us to cancel subscriptions purchased through their services. Please see the Instructions here from Apple.

If you paid via Google Play

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account
  2. Find the subscription you want to cancel
  3. Click Cancel Subscription

If your subscription is via iTunes or Google Play, those services do not know when you want to stop using your account on PinayFiancé and you will continue to be billed. If you want to stop billing via iTunes or Google Play, you will need to cancel your subscription with them separately from us deleting your account.

How do I add a photo to my profile?

You can access your Photo Management screen by navigating to your profile page and then pressing “My Photos”.

You can add a photo directly from your device’s photo library or by taking a photo. If you want to change the order of your photos, simply press and hold down on the photos grid.

How do I contact others as a Standard member?

Standard members can send messages to other members with an upgraded membership.

If you are a Gold or Platinum member, you get to enjoy unlimited messages and conversations anytime.

For our special category of users called “Lifetime” (first 1,000 users to use PinayFiancé), you can send unlimited messages.

How do I report abuse?

You can report abuse by navigating to your profile screen, then pressing “Report”. This will open up the report screen where you can enter details of the event as well as upload any supporting screenshots you may have.

How much does a membership cost?

We have different membership lengths and paid options available. Membership prices are available in most currencies.

You can reset your password by pressing “Forgot Password” on the login screen.
